Our greatest asset is our work force. We provide our employees with a safe and stimulating work environment and provide regular safety and performance training to all of our field employees. Most of our key personnel- foremen, superintendents, operators and teamsters- have been with Bancker for at least 10 years, though many have been with Bancker for more than 20. In fact, many Bancker employees are second- or even third-generation Bancker employees. This continuity is a key component to the continued viability of our organization.
